How to KNOW that Heaven will be your home
Realize God loves us though we have sinned
John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Everyone is a sinner
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Sin has a price that must be paid
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Jesus Christ died to pay for your sin
Romans 5:8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
Pray and ask Jesus Christ to save you
Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Everlasting life is a gift, purchased by the blood of Christ, and offered freely to all those who will trust in Him. If you would like to trust Christ as your Savior, pray something like this:
“Dear Jesus, I realize that I am a sinner; and that, because of my sin, I deserve to go to hell. Please forgive me of my sin, and save me, and take me to heaven when I die. I trust you alone today as my Savior, and my assurance for heaven, In Jesus name, Amen.”
